Why Curiosity is a Catalyst to Wellbeing

I’m convinced that the person who said curiosity killed the cat hated life. If I want to become less judgmental, the best thing I can do is be more curious about the world around me. This way, I won’t project my own biases onto it. The easiest way to do this is by asking questions like the curious toddlers I seem to suppress because I deem them annoying: “But why?”

In return, my biggest question is, “Is your thinking true?” In most cases, the stories I tell myself are not, and it only takes a little contemplation and question-asking to bring me back to reality.
